PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
I’m currently completing the CIDBT Fast Track Clinical Canine Behaviour Practitioner & Trainer Programme, continuing to develop my knowledge and practical skills in canine behaviour and training.
CARE ANd
SAFETY
I’m fully insured for my dog walking and training work. I hold a current Canine First Aid qualification and I have a Basic DBS check in place, giving owners added peace of mind.
MY APPROACH TO DOG TRAINING
Training should make a difference in everyday life.
I believe the best training happens in the environments where you and your dog actually spend time. Rather than expecting dogs to learn everything in a controlled setting, I focus on practical skills that can be used in everyday situations.
Whether we’re working on loose-lead walking, engagement, calmness, impulse control, manners or confidence, training is built around your individual dog and their needs.
My aim is to make training positive, practical and achievable, helping dogs and their owners understand each other and make progress together.
REAL-LIFE TRAINING
Dog training in Glasgow City Centre, Merchant City and surrounding areas provides plenty of opportunities to work around the distractions dogs experience every day: people, other dogs, traffic, bikes, crossings and busy streets.
Where appropriate, I can also help dogs work through everyday triggers and reactivity, always taking their individual needs and confidence into account.
